Mitchell Christie: Propel Choreographic Residency

A cutting-edge contemporary performance you won’t want to miss! Created through Catapult’s Propel Residency program, Way of Escape is a site-specific performance in collaboration with composer-dramaturg James Hazel, curator Belle Beasley, and designer Kirsten Willis.

Way of Escape takes inspiration from the influential American duo—choreographer Merce Cunningham and composer John Cage—who pioneered new ways of working through systems of chance and indeterminacy.
